1General Terms & Conditions

999kg (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Member) and 999kg.

By using 999kg, you agree to abide by these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are incorporated into these Terms.

• 999kg reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• In the event of any dispute, the English version of these terms shall be considered final.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 999kg, you must meet the following requirements. We verify every registration, so providing false information may result in account termination.

• You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing it with anyone else is not permitted.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

999kg supports multiple payment methods, including mobile banking, bank transfers, and e-wallets. Different limits and processing times apply to each method.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (may vary by payment method).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 120 minutes.
• Your first withdrawal is generally processed through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of account verification (KYC).

4Bonus & Promotional Offers

999kg offers bonuses and promotional deals to members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

• Wagering requirements apply to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback offers.
• A specific wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Using bonuses through automated or programmatic methods is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 999kg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any offer at any time.

5Gaming Rules

All games on 999kg operate in accordance with international standards. Every game outcome is fair and random, independently verified by a third party.

• All games use RNG certified by internationally recognized auditing bodies.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, it will resume from the last confirmed state.
• A "Help" or "Rules" option is available within each game to help you understand how it works.
• Unusual betting patterns are monitored, and any suspicious activity will be investigated.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999kg. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions is strictly prohibited.
• Filing a chargeback or a false payment dispute is strictly prohibited.

7Account Suspension & Closure

999kg reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• False information is submitted during KYC verification.
• Suspicious or unlawful activity is detected on the account.
• Under the direction of a court or regulatory authority.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Where applicable, the member will be given an opportunity before an account is closed. Any legitimate balance will be returned; however, bonus balances are non-refundable.

8Responsible Gaming

999kg is deeply committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a cause of harm.

• Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and loss limits.
• You can take a break for a set period (1 day to 6 months).
• Requests for permanent self-exclusion can be submitted through Support.
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account. Please ensure appropriate parental controls are in place on your devices.

9Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the 999kg customer support team in the first instance. We aim to respond within 72 hours.

• We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 30 days of the date they are submitted.
• Unverified accounts may experience longer resolution times for certain disputes.
• If a member is unsatisfied with a decision made by 999kg, they have the right to appeal to the licensing authority.
• In the event of a legal dispute, the courts of 999kg's licensing jurisdiction shall apply.

10Terms & Conditions Updates

999kg reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given for significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you object to the updated Terms, you may request that your account be closed and any legitimate balance will be returned.
